RCI Custom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term in purchasing and supply chain management.
You’ll work closely with our Shop Operations team to ensure materials and components are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time to support production.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Assist with purchasing raw materials, electronic components, and outside services.
Create and manage purchase orders using our ERP system.
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery updates.
Track open orders and help ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Review incoming materials and support documentation accuracy.
Kit parts for production work orders.
Help maintain organized purchasing and inventory records.
